Pure Energy, Saline Green pick Missouri city for cellulosic ethanol project

In Missouri, Saline Green announced that it had selected the town of Marshall as the site for the development of a cellulosic ethanol plant that will produce renewable fuel, chemicals products and power. Saline Green is providing equity and is seeking additional investors.

The company will use a technology developed by Pure Energy with a $30 million investment over 15 years, in partnership with the Tennessee Valley Authority.
