Allard R&D readies ethanol “mini-refinery” suitable for munis, farms and ranches

In Texas, Allard Research and Development announced that it has completed design on a “mini-refinery” ethanol production system suitable for capabilities to business, municipalities, farms and ranches. The company is offering a fully automated and a manual production system that produce ethanol in a small unit that is computer controled.
