Highwater Ethanol readies startup of 50 Mgy corn ethanol plant in Minnesota

In Minnesota, Highwater Ethanol in Lamberton said that it is nearing plant completion and that ethanol production will startup on the plant will begin, with testing expected to be completed by June 20.

The 50 Mgy plant will use corn as a primary feedstock, and will have a production capacity of 160,000 tons of dried distillers grains. The pant will employ 30-35 people full-time.
