In Florida, Dyadic announced a settlement with the SEC over charges of violations to the Securities and Exchange Act.
Under the terms of the settlement, Dyadic did not admit or deny the SEC findings, and agreed to a cease-and-desist order. The company said in a statement that it was glad to put the matter behind it and to renew its focus on “new products, improving and leveraging our technologies for use in such markets as cellulosic ethanol, industrial enzymes and pharmaceuticals and seeking mutually beneficial collaborations with leaders in such industries.”
