UK’s Green Fuels acquires US-based Renewal Fuels and Renewal Biodiesel

In Wisconsin, UK-based Green Fuels announced that it has acquired the assets of Renewal Fuels Inc. and Renewal Biodiesel, of Milwaukee, and will use the two companies as the base for a new US division, Green Fuels America, which will be based in Sparks, Nevada.

Green Fuels America will manufacture and distribute the FuelMeister personal biodiesel processor, and the Fuelpod2 micro processor. The larger Fuelpod2 system retails from under $5,000. Green Fuels has projects and joint ventures, according to Biodiesel magazine, in Eastern Europe, Africa, India, Japan and China.
