Duluth invests $1.8 million in stimulus funds into biodiesel buses

In Minnesota, the city of Duluth has received $1.8 million in funds from the stimulus bill,  the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act, which it will use to purchase five biodiesel-powered buses.
