Uniol debuts 30 Mgy multi-feedstock biodiesel plant in Norway

In Norway, Uniol debuted its 30 Mgy multi-feedstock biodiesel plant in Fredrikstad. The plant cost $49 million to construct. Construction services were provided by BDI-Bio-Diesel International, and financing was provided by Raiffeisen Leasing Nordic. Norway recently increased its biodiesel quotient for locally sourced biodiesel from 2.5 to 5.0 percent.
