Biofuels Digest Index leaps 4.08 percent to ten month high of 61.69

The Biofuels Digest Index™ (BDI), a basket of public biofuels stocks, jumped 4.08 percent to 61.69, its highest point since September 2008.  For the day, Archer Daniels Midland (ADM) gained 0.72 percent to $29.47, while BP retreated 0.58 percent to $49.66.  Among small caps, PetroAlgae (PALG.OB) gained 161.54 percent to $34.00. Overall, advances led declines 2 to 1 for the day.
