Biofuels Digest Index advances 0.27 percent to 62.74 on Verenium, BP gains

The Biofuels Digest Index™ (BDI), a basket of public biofuels stocks, gained 0.27 percent to 62.74 as BP and Verenium led gainers.  For the day, Archer Daniels Midland (ADM) fell fell 1.66 percent to $30.22, while BP was up 0.40 percent to $49.87.  Among small caps, Verenium (VRNM) rose 7.14 percent to $0.60. Overall, declines led advances 3 to 2 for the day.
