In Brazil, the national B4 biodiesel mandate took effect in July, and the national government is estimating that national biodiesel production will increase from 317 million gallons in 2008 to 475 million gallons in 2009.
The government also announced that a total of 460,000 cubic meters of biodiesel are expected to be sold in the 15th Biodiesel Auction, which will feature delivery dates of October 1 to December 31st of this year.
