In Brazil, Valor Economico is reporting that India’s Shree Renuka Sugars (SRES.BO) has retained Morgan Stanley as an advisor and may bid for an investment sugar and ethanol producer Grupo Moema. Shree is seeking a $100 million investment in Latin America and Moema is raising expansion capital. Cosan, Sao Martinho, Acucar, Guarani Cargill and Bunge have reportedly expressed interest in Moema.
