In Washington, the Renewable Fuels Association, adding to their “Say What?” files, offered a photo of vehicles crossing from Kuwait to Iraq and charged the EPA and California Air Resources Board with failing to “evaluate indirect petroleum GHG emissions related to reconstruction of Iraq and protection of U.S. oil supply.”
