In Washington, “How to use funding from the 2009 Recovery Act to establish a revolving loan program to support renewable energy projects,” is the subject of a DOE Technical Assistance Project webinar for state and local officials. The free web event is scheduled for Wednesday, August 26th from 3pm to 4:15pm EDT.
Presenters will be: Samuel Booth, senior project leader at the DOE National Renewable Energy Laboratory, discussing best practices in revolving loan funds; Theresa Sifuentes, Texas State Energy Conservation Office, manager of Texas LoanSTAR; and Kathi Montgomery, manager of Montana’s Alternative Energy Revolving Loan Program. Pre-registration is required.
