Pearson Fuels to add 55 E85 stations in California

In California, Pearson Fuels announced that it will open an additional 55 E85 ethanol stations in the Golden Sate, after winning $10.9 million in state and federal grants. The new openings will take the number of its E85 stations to 66 in the  state. The company received $4 million from the California Energy Commission and $6.9 million from the U.S. Department of Energy through the Clean Cities program. The company said it expected to begin sales of cellulosic ethanol by the end of 2010.
