China Integrated Systems to raise up to $70 million for biodiesel expansion

In China, China Integrated Energy announced that it will issue 8 million shares of its publicly–traded stock (now trading at $8.15) and grant options to purchase up to 1.2 million additional shares, with proceeds applied to biodiesel production expansion, and its wholesale and retail gas station fuel distribution businesses.
