Biofuels Digest Index gaines 1.00 percent to 66.96, new 13-month high

The Biofuels Digest Index™ (BDI), a basket of public biofuels stocks, gained 1.00 percent to 66.96 percent to 66.30 as ethanol surged.  For the day, Archer Daniels Midland (ADM) gained 2.42 percent to $31.35, while BP dipped 0.43 percent to $0.43. Among smaller caps, Cosan (CZZ) gained 1.13 percent to $8.07. Overall, declines led advances 2 to 1 for the day.
