In China, China Clean Energy announced the it has completed construction at its 28 Mgy biodiesel plant in Jiangyin plan. The company said that it may produce up to 40 percent specialty renewable chemicals depending on demand. The plant is expected to open next month and reach full capacity in 2010. The company raised $15 million for plant construction in a 2008 private placement.
