Indonesia, South Korea sign pact to research, commercialize biofuels from seaweed

Indonesia and South Korea announced a project to cultivate seaweed and process it into biofuels. According to the Jakarta Post, South Korea has the technology but had not yet commercialized it. The agreement signed by the two countries will resuit in a pilot plant in the short term.
