Deadlines loom for DOE Loan Guarantee applications

In Washington, looming deadlines to keep in mind for the  US Department of Energy’s Loan Guarantee Program are:

November 30, 2010 – is the last day to submit final Part I applications and the first Part II applications for DOE’s Manufacture Commercial Technology Renewable Energy Systems and Components Solicitation (2010).  Applicants who apply under the Solicitation must register and submit their applications through the online application portal here.

The “Manufacturing Solicitation” seeks applications for projects that manufacture commercial technology renewable energy systems and components, such as wind turbine systems, blades or solar photovoltaic components.

December 31, 2010 – is the last day to submit Round 8, Part II applications for DOE’s Energy Efficiency, Renewable Energy and Advanced Transmission and Distribution Technologies Solicitation (2009).  Applicants who wish to update an application previously submitted through FedConnect and Express Mail, must use those same methods.  Applicants who used the online application portal to submit Part I should use the online application portal to submit Part II.

January 6, 2011 – is the last day to submit Parts I and II for DOE’s Financial Institution Partnership Program (FIPP) – Commercial Technology Renewable Energy Generation Projects (2009).  Applicants who wish to update an application previously submitted through FedConnect and Express Mail, must use those same methods.  Applicants who used the online application portal to submit Part I should use the online application portal to submit Part II.
