Pacific Ethanol to restart 60 Mgy corn ethanol plant in California

In California, Pacific Ethanol says that it is preparing to open its 60 mgy facility in Stockton by December thanks to funding provided under the California Ethanol Producer Incentive Program which was approved in the new state budget earlier this month. Both the Stockton and Madera plants qualify for the funding.
