Finnair will use Neste's aviation biofuels as soon as Bio-SPK fuel spec approved

In Finland, Finnair has announced that it will begin using bio-SPK ‘on a significant portion of its flights’ made from pig waste and forest trimmings as soon as the fuel specifications have been approved, which is expected in the spring. The fuel will be supplied by Neste’s facility in Porvoo.
