All Peace Industries proposes acquiring Michigan biodiesel plant

In Canada, All Peace Industries has proposed acquiring the 17.5 Mgy The Power Alternative biodiesel plant in Warren, Michigan and relocating the plant to northwestern Alberta.  The plant would then utilize pennycress oil, after researchers notes superior fuel performance in a batch of biodiesel which inadvertently included biodiesel produced from wild pennycress. The project developers aim to have the new development online in 2011.
