Biofuels Digest Index rises 0.30 percent to 79.26

The Biofuels Digest Index™ (BDI), a basket of public biofuels stocks, rose 0.30 percent to 79.26 on advances at Shell and Gushan. For the day, Archer Daniels Midland (ADM) dropped 0.40 percent to $30.09, while Shell (RDS-A) gained 0.61 percent to $66.08. Among other equities, Gushan (GU) soared 39.06 percent to $5.34 on a favorable China tax ruling.  Overall, declines and advances were even for the day.
