Biofuels Digest Index drops to 88.02 as ethanol wanes on corn reports

The Biofuels Digest Index™ (BDI), a basket of public biofuels stocks, dropped 0.36 percent to 88.o2 as ethanol stocks suffered. For the day, Archer Daniels Midland (ADM) fell 1.61 percent to $35.44, while Gevo (GEVO) gained 2.37 percent to $16.44. Among other equities, Pacific Ethanol (PEIX) fell 2.56 percent to $0.76. Overall, advances led declines led advances 5 to 3 for the day.
