Raptor Technology acquires American Grease

In Florida, Raptor Technology Group announced that they have acquired the assets and contracts of American Grease.  American collects and brokers over four million gallons of waste vegetable oil per year. Waste vegetable oil is a feedstock in the production of biodiesel.  Also based in Florida, American has the equipment to collect large quantities of waste vegetable oils and maintains contracts with customers in excess of $8 million in ongoing sales annually.  Raptor describes American as a very profitable company.  Tom Gleason, President of Raptor, stated, “… acquisition allows Raptor to guarantee its biodiesel plant customers a consistent supply of feedstock to keep their production at maximum levels… adding a substantial revenue stream to our bottom line.”
