National Biodiesel Board's awareness raising program has trained 300

In Washington, the National Biodiesel Board’s awareness raising program for technicians known as the Biodiesel for Diesel Technicians has so far trained 300 biodiesel instructors since it began in 2008. The program educates about general biodiesel information and development as well as common technical issues and problems. Companies that have taken or are still actively involved with the program include the Volkswagen training academy, the Society for Automotive Engineers, the John Deere Training Center and the Universal Technical Institute (UTI). Jason Mosler, an instructor at UTI, completed the Biodiesel for Diesel Technicians program and includes biodiesel training in his classes.
