Biofuels Digest Index dips to 90.29 on ethanol drop

The Biofuels Digest Index™ (BDI), a basket of public biofuels stocks, dipped 0.17 percent to 90.29 as ethanol dropped. For the day, Archer Daniels Midland (ADM) fell 1.35 percent to $30.69, while Solazyme (SZYM) recovered 1.43 percent to $21.96. Among other equities, Pacific Ethanol (PEIX) fell 5.56 percent to $0.34. Overall, declines led advances 7 to 5 for the day.
