BioVerde readies Brazilian biodiesel exports for EU

In Brazil, BioVerde expects to begin biodiesel shipments to Europe within the next 90 days and is close to finalizing supply deals with companies in Spain and Italy. The company expects to sell 40% of the output from the largest biodiesel refinery in the country to Europe by 2015.

Having received its biodiesel export permit from the national energy regulator ANP earlier this month, it expects to supply roughly 10 million liters per month by the middle of 2012 and 33 million liters by 2015.
