Bangchak delayes Thai ethanol expansion

July 6, 2011 |

In Thailand, Bangchak Petroleum is holding off on plans to offer higher ethanol blends at more than 700 gas stations next year until the government clarifies its plans. An industry body wants to build an expensive strategic oil reserve to compensate, a plan Bangchak does not agree with.
