Dynamic Fuels reaches 87 percent of capacity at renewable diesel plant

In Oklahoma, Syntroleum announced that Dynamic Fuels, its 50/50 joint venture with Tyson Foods achieved record production of 5.4 million gallons of renewable fuels in July, which implies an annual run rate of 65 million gallons per year, or 87 percent of planned 75 million gallon capacity for the Geisma, Louisiana facility.

Overall, Syntroleum reported an operating loss of $1.8 million resulting from total revenues of $2.0 and operating expenses of $3.8 million for Q2 2011.
