IndianOil, Indian gov't set up Centre for Advanced Research on Bioenergy

In India, IndiaOil has signed a memorandum of understanding with the government’s Department of Biotechnology to set up a Centre for Advanced Research on Bioenergy that will develop second and third generation biofuels at a cost of $11.6 million over the next five years. The costs will be split evenly by the two organizations.
