Biofuels Digest Index advances to 74.87 despite ethanol drop

The Biofuels Digest Index™ (BDI), a basket of public biofuels stocks, edged up 0.38 percent to 74.87 as ethanol waned.. For the day, Archer Daniels Midland (ADM) slipped 0.03 percent to $28.73, while Gushan (GU) soared 11.11 percent to $1.90. Among other equities, Gevo dropped 4.30 percent to $10.45. Overall, advances led declines 13 to 12 for the day.
