NAGSCO looking at Pennsylvania biodiesel project

In Pennsylvania, Connecticut-based NAGSCO Corp. is in talks with Schuylkill County to build the area’s first biodiesel plant. The facility, developed in conjunction with Liberty Oil, would produce 2 million gallons per year of biodiesel from used cooking oil in the borough of Point Carbon. If all the required permits are received in time, the facility could be up and running by mid-2012.
