November 22, 2011 |

In Nebraska, Novozymes is investing between $160 million and $200 million in an enzyme factory in the eastern part of the state that will open in the second quarter of next year in order to serve the biofuel industry and expects demand to remain steady despite the end of the ethanol blending credit.

The company expects the first wave of commercial second generation facilities to open in 2013 at $2 per gallon to produce.
