Thai flooding dampens ethanol demand

In Thailand, floods in the country not only put a halt to ethanol production but also to ethanol consumption. The floods, that saw their peak in October, forced down ethanol production by nearly 22% year-on-year to just 958,000 liters per day from 1.092 million liters per day the year before.
