In India, World Health Energy Holdings, Inc announced an LOI with Indian transport company Prime Inc to develop a 250-acre algal biodiesel facility in either Tamil Nadu or Karnataka. Project budget is said to reach $100M. WHEN recently acquired GNE-India (www.gne.bz), an algae-technology company with distribution and licensing rights to the GNE GB 3000, system for the production of algae for biofuel and commercial high protein fish feed.
