Biofuels Digest Index flat at 72.44 despite advanced bio stock gains

The Biofuels Digest Index™ (BDI), a basket of public biofuels stocks, was flat at 72.44 despite advanced bio gains. For the day, BP fell 1.54 percent to $44.02, while KiOR (KIOR) rose 3.19 percent to $10.69. Among other equities, Mission NewEnergy (MNEL) dropped 10.73 percent to $2.08. Overall, advances led declines 2 to 1 for the day.
