Ohio ethanol producers find vomitoxin in local corn shipments

In Ohio, ethanol producers have rejected corn that contains vomitoxin, the byproduct of a fungal disease usually found in wheat that thrived under cool, wet weather this past autumn in Ohio. The toxin can be toxic to livestock who are the major consumer of DDGS.
