Biofuels Digest Index hits new 3-month high of 76.02, as AMRS surges

The Biofuels Digest Index™ (BDI), a basket of public biofuels stocks, rose 1.09 percent to a new 3-month high of 76.02. For the day, ADM gained 1.30 percent to $29.55, while Mission NewEnergy (MNEL) plunged 12.73 percent to $0.96. Among other equities, Amyris (AMRS) rocketed up again 3.16 percent to $10.46. Overall, advances led declines 3 to 1 for the day.
