LanzaTech proceeding towards start at former Range Fuels site

In Georgia, LanzaTech is making strides to introduce its technology at the former Range Fuels plant in Soperton, having had discussions last week with local and state authorities as well as potential wood chip suppliers. The company hopes to hire back some of the hundreds of employees that were laid off when Range Fuels went quiet a year ago, but it could take as long as six months to get those plans in order.
