Oil co-op says “big oil” keeping it from retailing E15.

In Iowa, an oil supply cooperative is blaming “big oil” for interfering with E15, delaying the company’s ability to begin retailing the higher blend. Due to the oil suppliers’ reticence to supply the gasoline required for summer blends, as per EPA rules, it won’t be until September that the co-op will begin selling E15 when the retail price is expected to be 5 cents per gallon below E10.
