Manitoba looking at boosting to B5

In Canada, the province of Manitoba is in the early stages of planning to boost its biodiesel blend to 5% from the current 2%, a move which would reduce 56,000 metric tons of GHG emissions annually. Truckers are concerned that doing so would invalidate the warranties on their engines as only Volvo allows use of B5 and still qualify under warranty.
