Midwest ethanol plants voluntarily shutting down

In Iowa and Nebraska, the CEO of the Renewable Fuels Association says that ethanol production has fallen by 20% in large part due to the drought that has struck the Midwest, and ethanol facilities across the region are voluntarily shutting their doors. Ethanol production in those two key states are down 30%.
