Agri-Source Fuels files for Chapter 11

In Florida, Dade City-based Agri-Source Fuels has filed for Chapter 11 though the company says that employees are expected to keep their jobs through the reorganization process. The company owes vendors more than $4 million and is restructuring rather than liquidating, it said.
