AdvanceBio Systems Creates New Brazilian Partnership to Increase Ethanol Yields

In Brazil, the Brazilian Bioethanol Science and Technology Laboratory has chosen to partner with biofuels consultancy firm AdvanceBio Systems to work on a pre-treatment research project the firm’s SuPR2G reactor. Focusing on the production of biofuels, fermentable sugars and chemicals from lignocelluloses rich biomass feedstocks, the partners help to develop technology to increase sugarcane bioethanol yield by 30 to 40%.
