Biofuels Digest Index soars to 66.07 as ethanol rallies anew

The Biofuels Digest Index™ (BDI), a basket of public biofuels stocks, soared 3.77 percent to 66.07 as ethanol continued its remarkable rally.  For the day, Biofuel Energy (BIOF) rocketed up another 54.46 percent to $6.41, while Amyris (AMRS) jumped 6.81 percent to $3.45. Among other equities, KiOR (KIOR) surged 4.45 percent to $7.75. Overall, advances led declines 9 to 4 for the day.
