Pacific Ethanol raises $11M in public offering

In California, Pacific Ethanol has raised nearly $11M in a public offering of stock at 40 cents per share. The company intends to use the net proceeds to repay its senior unsecured notes that are due in April. This success follows a $12M round that happened in July, offering stock at 43 cents per unit.
