Renewable Fuels Agency elects new chairman and board members

In Washington, D.C., the Renewable Fuels Association has elected a new chairman and members of the board of directors. The new chairman, Neill McKinstray, is president of the ethanol group at The Andersons Inc., a company with four ethanol plants in Michigan, Indiana, Iowa and Ohio. Randall Doyal, CEO of Al-Corn Clean Fuel will serve as vice president. The CEO of Golden Grain Energy LLC, Walter Wendland, will serve as treasurer with Mick Henderson, general manager of Commonwealth Agri-Energy, Hopkinsville, Ky., acting as secretary.
