ACE survey shows bipartisan support for RFS

In Washington, D.C., the American Coalition for Ethanol sent a two-question survey to several U.S. Senate or House of Representative candidates in Indiana, Iowa, Minnesota, Missouri, North Dakota and South Dakota. The survey asked candidates whether they supported the renewable fuel standard and any potential future cellulosic biofuel tax incentives. ACE reported survey results as overall supportive of the RFS by Democrats and Republicans who also expressed support for emerging industries that would decrease dependence on foreign oil.
