USDOT grant funds biodiesel hybrid trucks for New Hampshire dairy fleet

In New Hampshire, family-owned Oakhurst Dairy added three hybrid-electric delivery trucks at its Hooksett facility, replacing three traditional petro-diesel trucks or 40 percent its delivery fleet. Partially funded by a New Hampshire Department of Environmental Services Alternative Fuel Vehicles Grant through the Granite State Clean Cities Coalition under the U.S. Department of Transportation, the trucks use a 50 percent biodiesel produced by Simply Green Biofuels in Portsmouth
